Introduction
IBM Design Thinking is a framework designed to apply design thinking at scale, emphasizing collaboration, user-centric approaches, and iterative development. As one of the main offerings from IBM Design, it played a pivotal role in promoting innovative problem-solving within the organization. I was a front-end developer responsible for the UI creation during the first iteration of this program. My work involved designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that facilitated the learning and application of IBM Design Thinking principles, contributing to the program's early success and widespread adoption.
